Agent Customer को संबंधित Service Provider की Provider द्वारा उपलब्ध कराई गई Profile / Photo Information तथा advertised/basic service information दिखा सकता है और Customer तथा Service Provider के बीच संपर्क या meeting facilitate कर सकता है।
जहाँ Service Provider द्वारा Agent को payment collection के लिए अधिकृत किया गया हो, Agent संबंधित advertised/basic amount को receive/collect कर सकता है और applicable arrangement के अनुसार Service Provider के साथ settlement कर सकता है। Agent का अपना applicable fee/coordination charge अलग से निर्धारित और disclosed किया जा सकता है।

⚠️ Service Provider की वास्तविक सेवा
किसी भी advertised service का वास्तविक प्रदर्शन, उसकी quality, result, duration, conduct, availability, additional service, additional payment अथवा Customer और Service Provider के बीच बाद में तय कोई अन्य arrangement संबंधित Customer और Service Provider की स्वतंत्र जिम्मेदारी होगी।
Agent को ऐसी service पर कोई ownership, control, supervision या guarantee प्राप्त नहीं होती और Agent किसी Service Provider की service quality, result, conduct या subsequent private arrangement की guarantee नहीं करता।

💰 Agent Fee
Agent अपनी authorised commercial support, introduction, coordination, booking, meeting facilitation अथवा अन्य permitted support के लिए अपना शुल्क स्वयं निर्धारित कर सकता है। यह शुल्क संबंधित transaction में लागू होने पर Customer को स्पष्ट रूप से अलग से बताया जाएगा।
Service Provider द्वारा निर्धारित advertised/basic service fee और Agent का अपना fee अलग-अलग nature के charges होंगे।

🧾 Payment & Billing Support
जहाँ लागू और duly authorised हो, Agent Customer से Service Provider द्वारा निर्धारित advertised/basic amount receive कर सकता है तथा संबंधित parties के बीच agreed arrangement के अनुसार Service Provider को settlement कर सकता है।
Billing, Pro Forma Information, Tax Invoice, tax collection, accounting तथा settlement की व्यवस्था लागू कानून, वास्तविक transaction structure और संबंधित parties की contractual arrangement के अनुसार होगी।

किसी Agent की listing प्रकाशित होने मात्र से वह:

🔐 OTP / Authorisation Trail
जहाँ platform system में applicable हो, Agent और संबंधित advertiser/service provider के बीच appointment, authority, association अथवा महत्वपूर्ण consent को OTP-based electronic confirmation/Consent Trail के माध्यम से record किया जा सकता है।

Portal पर उपलब्ध Registered Venue को Customer और Service Provider/Sewa Sathi अपनी आवश्यकता के अनुसार meeting location के रूप में चुन सकते हैं।
Venue केवल physical meeting place/facility उपलब्ध कराता है। Venue में Customer और Service Provider/Sewa Sathi के बीच होने वाली consultation, discussion, networking, coordination, interview, assessment, presentation, private work अथवा अन्य आपसी activity का substantive arrangement संबंधित parties के बीच रहेगा।
Venue ऐसी independent activity का service provider या organiser नहीं माना जाएगा, जब तक संबंधित activity Venue द्वारा अपनी अलग commercial facility/service के रूप में expressly प्रदान न की जा रही हो।

Portal Registered Venues की:

Digital Booking एवं Billing सुविधा
जहाँ applicable और available हो, SewaSathi.com Registered Venues को digital booking, billing एवं invoice-generation tools उपलब्ध करा सकता है।
इन technical tools के माध्यम से संबंधित Venue अपने Customer/associated parties के लिए booking या billing record तथा applicable Pro Forma Invoice/Tax Invoice generate कर सकता है।
Invoice में आवश्यकता के अनुसार Venue, Customer, Service Provider/Sewa Sathi या associated person, meeting purpose, booked facility, duration, applicable charges एवं taxes आदि का विवरण प्रदर्शित किया जा सकता है।

Meeting Purpose

जहाँ कोई Agent संबंधित Service Provider द्वारा duly authorised होकर उसके behalf पर payment receive/collect करता है, ऐसा collection संबंधित Service Provider की ओर से authorised collection माना जाएगा और SewaSathi.com का Platform payment या service fee नहीं माना जाएगा।
SewaSathi.com किसी Third-Party service की price, quality, availability, performance, outcome या subsequent private arrangement की guarantee नहीं करता और ऐसे independent service transaction का contracting party नहीं बनता।
Platform आवश्यकता के अनुसार billing / invoice / pro forma / record-support tools उपलब्ध करा सकता है। ऐसे tools केवल applicable technical, billing या record-support infrastructure हैं। किसी bill/invoice पर “Powered by Eighteen Plus Accompany Pvt. Ltd.” अथवा समान technology attribution दिखाई देने मात्र से Eighteen Plus Accompany Private Limited underlying Third-Party service का provider, seller, arranger अथवा payment recipient नहीं बनता।
Platform-authorised Paid Ads, Listing Fees अथवा अन्य applicable Platform charge का payment इससे अलग है और ऐसे payment के लिए Platform द्वारा उपलब्ध कराए गए official payment instructions ही लागू होंगे।
किसी Third-Party service से संबंधित payment, engagement अथवा financial transaction संबंधित parties की स्वतंत्र जिम्मेदारी और लागू terms & conditions के अधीन होगा। SewaSathi.com ऐसे Third-Party service transaction का पक्षकार नहीं है और उसकी जिम्मेदारी केवल उसके अपने Platform role, applicable policies और applicable law की सीमा तक होगी।
